Field recording in Malta
Up since 6am on a Maltese hill watching turtle doves, golden orioles and blue rock thrushes flit between hunter’s guns in the valley with Ghosts of Gone Birds. Taking plenty of field recordings (a nightingale interspersed with gunfire this morning…). Eye opening. More to come.
